The Winter Park Playhouse is a professional musical theatre that employs professional Equity (OAT contract) & Non-Equity musical theatre performers. Annual mainstage auditions are held in February each year.
The Winter Park Playhouse is seeking Non-Equity musical theatre performers ages 13-18 for its 2023-2024 community outreach show, Schoolhouse Rock LIVE! Jr.
All roles paid. Paid rehearsals will take place over five 3-hour rehearsals beginning the second week of November.
Outreach performances will take place throughout the school year, typically 15-20 schools, with the following dates confirmed:
December 19, 20, 21 & 22 (AM performances)
January 12 (AM performances)
February 20 & 21 (AM performances)

The Winter Park Playhouse is committed to the practice of inclusive casting and is seeking Non-Equity musical theatre performers of all races, ethnicities and genders.
Video submissions will be accepted now through October 27, 2023. Audition requirements are as follows:
16-32 bars of an up-tempo musical theatre or pop song.
A one-minute comedic monologue.
A digital headshot and resume.
