AUDITIONS

Auditions for The Winter Park Playhouse's 2017-18 run of
School House Rock Live Jr. will be held September 17th, 2017.

Seeking experienced Non-Equity musical theatre performers ages 13-17 to fill all roles. Actors must be available for evening rehearsals in the fall and several day-time performances beginning in December and throughout the 2017-18 academic school year. Specific dates TBA. All roles are paid. 

Auditions are by appointment only and will take place at The Winter Park Playhouse, 711 Orange Avenue, Suites B & C, Winter Park, FL 32789.

Audition requirements:

  • Prepare 16-32 bars of two contrasting musical theatre songs and a one-minute comic monologue. Total package should not exceed 3 minutes.
  • Bring sheet music in your key - an accompanist will be provided. No a cappella or pre-recorded accompaniment allowed.
  • Bring a non-returnable headshot and resume. 

 

The Winter Park Playhouse has already held auditions for the 2017-2018 Series.
