POLICIES

• Due to the popularity of our shows, we regularly sell-out performances.  If you are running late or cannot attend a performance, PLEASE call (407) 645-0145 and let us know!!!!

• Tickets must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. If tickets are not picked up and we haven’t received a phone call, we reserve the right to sell your tickets to patrons on the waiting list.

• For your convenience, we will hold your tickets at the box office. If you’d like to pick them up early, the box office will open 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance.

• The lobby and bar will open at 1:00 pm for matinees and 6:30 pm for evening performances. For your enjoyment, there is live piano music in the lobby ½ hour prior to the performance.

• All shows will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be seated until an appropriate time in the performance.

• Beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas and water are available before the show and during intermission and can be taken into the theatre. No outside food and drinks are permitted.

• Cameras and all types of recording equipment, video or audio, are forbidden during performances.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited everywhere in the building.

• Please silence cell phones and refrain from using them during performances.
