- We uphold a strict NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy. If you can not attend a performance, either give your tickets to someone else or we'll happily send you a donation letter for your taxes.
- For your convenience, we will hold your tickets at the box office. If you’d like to pick them up early, the box office will open 2 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
- Tickets must be picked up at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. If tickets are not picked up and we haven’t received a phone call, we reserve the right to sell your tickets to patrons on the waiting list. (Back To Top)
